Brands you can believe in
The success of our business is based on our unique, world-class portfolio of premium beer brands. Each one has a great story to tell.
You're in great company
We go after the best and foster a supportive culture of collaboration. This creates an inspiring space to work. And, because of this, mutual respect runs through the company.
We invest in our culture
We make it a fun place to work, giving you autonomy over your role as well as the opportunity to shape it. We're small enough that everyone knows one another, but also growing fast enough that there are many opportunities to play, as well as work, with like-minded people.
Our approach to doing business sets us apart.
A challenger mindset
At the heart of our organisation is our challenger mindset. It's what drives us to deliver more for our consumers, customers, our stakeholders and ourselves. It's this mindset that unites us, empowers us and what makes us truly different.
Focusing on what matters most
We accomplish more with less; we believe that constraints inspires innovations, autonomy and improvement.
Setting aspirational objectives
We aim for full potential and we enable our colleagues and partners to deliver high-quality products and experiences for our customers and consumers.
Owning the performance
We look beyond boundaries and dare to challenge the status quo with an 'if this was my business' mentality.
What to expect
There are three steps.
This typically would be discussion around your experience to date, before moving onto the key competencies for the role. This may take place over the phone with one of our Talent Acquisition Business Partners, or face to face with the Hiring Manager.
In-depth interview and challenge
This is typically with another senior member of the team you are looking to join. The challenges are business related exercises, and relate specifically to the role you are applying for. In customer services for example, you may be asked to talk through a case study based on a real-life challenge we have faced. In sales, for example, we normally ask you to present back a pre-prepared business case. We will also cover a number of competency based questions to better assess your experience in relation to our vacancy.
Depending on the role you may be required to complete a psychometric assessment. The results of which will be used as an additional tool within our overall recruitment process. There is no pass or fail, good or bad. This is about finding the right people to thrive within our environment.
- Think about the wider beer industry, and consider visiting an outlet or supermarket to see what’s out there.
- Review the competencies on the job description – this will give you a good idea of the areas we will want to discuss at interview.
- Take a deep breath, the interview is not designed to trick and we want you to be yourself!
- Bring along your questions; we see our interviews as a two-way process and it’s important that you understand our business and what it’s like to work here.
- Allow plenty of time to get here, as traffic can be unpredictable. There’s nothing worse than starting out stressed because you are running late.
