Asahi Group Holdings announces that Dragos Constantinescu, CEO of Asahi Europe & International (AEI), has decided to leave the company to pursue career opportunities outside of the organization.
Dragos Constantinescu joined Asahi Group in February 2019 and has since played a significant role in the company’s growth and development. He first led operations in Romania and, from June 2021, Czechia – Slovakia – Germany – Austria cluster.
In April 2025, he was appointed CEO of AEI. During his tenure, he contributed to shaping the company’s long-term direction, including the development of a clear 10-year strategy, helping to position the business for continued success and smooth transition to future leadership.
Dragos Constantinescu will remain with the company until the end of June to ensure a smooth and orderly transition.
“We thank him for his leadership and contributions over the past years,” said Atsushi Katsuki, Asahi Group Holdings CEO. “He has helped build a strong foundation for the future, and we wish him all the best in his next professional chapter.”
The company will announce his successor in due course.
