Asahi Europe International has joined the network of more than 30 multinational companies such as Coca-Cola, EY and Nestle that commit to meaningfully accelerate gender parity and drive inclusion in the European Retail & CPG value chain. Paulo Lanzarotti, our CEO, has signed the CEO Pledge put forward by the LEAD Network.

The Pledge aims to achieve a significant increase (at least 5%) of women representation at the Director level and above by 2023. The companies that are part of the network will undertake actions to attain gender parity in retail and value chain industries over the next decade.

"Promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace and empowering women is a priority for us, at Asahi Europe International. We build a culture that embraces diversity, attracts candidates from different talent pools, and supports their growth and development. Our business benefits, as diversity brings different ideas, thinking and experiences; it creates a more inclusive environment and drives innovation.

"Signing the LEAD Network's CEO pledge supports our goals to increase women representation at senior executive leadership levels. We are reinforcing our commitment to accelerate gender parity and inclusion. The Pledge demonstrates our commitment and helps us to make it happen", comments Paolo.
